Obtaining an individual identification

number for an IT specialist

With the help of ID, you can: open a bank account, conclude an employment contract, etc.

You must provide the following
documents to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC:

1. Original passport of a foreign citizen*

2. SIM card of a Kazakhstan mobile operator

3. USB stick

 

*In the passport Surname Name must be indicated in Latin. In case of absence, it is necessary to notarize a copy of the passport with transliteration.

After identification of the identity of a foreigner by authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC, you will receive:

2. Electronic digital signature for an individual

3. Registration in the database of mobile citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Registration of an employment contract

Employment contract is mandatory for obtaining a temporary residence permit for a foreign IT specialist

An IT specialist sends an application to the employer indicating the actual address of residence and details, signs the hard copy of employment contract

The employer collects documents of an IT specialist, prepares and signs the hard copy of employment contract and registers an employment contract on the enbek.kz portal

An IT specialist registers on enbek.kz, after receiving an invitation from the employer, signs an employment contract online on enbek.kz with an electronic digital signature

The employer passes authorization on enbek.kz, sends a notification to an IT specialist, signs and registers an employment contract on the enbek.kz portal

 

After registering an employment contract, an IT specialist needs to open a bank account with the following documents: original passport, IIN (individual identification number) registration certificate, phone number, original registered employment contract from enbek.kz.

Obtaining a temporary residence permit:

It is necessary to provide documents to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC in order to obtain a temporary residence permit for a foreign IT specialist:

1. Original registered employment contract from enbek.kz

2. Original passport of a foreign IT specialist

3. Certificate of IIN registration

4.Application form (petition)

5. Notification of the arrival of foreign citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Obtaining an Individual identification number

for the founder

With the help of ID you can: open a legal entity, obtain a temporary residence permit, etc.

You must provide the following documents
to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC:

A foreign founder independently registers a legal entity through the e-government portal egov.kz
or through an AIFC EC employee

Obtaining a temporary residence permit:

It is necessary to provide documents to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC in order to obtain a temporary residence permit for a foreign founder:

1. Original passport of the foreign founder

2. Certificate of IIN registration

3. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity

4. Application form (petition)

5. Notification of the arrival of foreign citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan
